Zoofights Round 1 Fight 3

Murducken Vs. Bull Market!

Scene 8:

Scene 11:
Check out http://forums.zoofights.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=78 for the full fight and to see my lineart colored.

For those of you who may be wondering how Zoofights production works, here's a once-over:

Major Failure is the guy who came up with the idea several years ago, and who comes up with the characters. He generally scripts each fight, but takes input from artists (and fans, when appropriate) for ideas and plots. For any given fight, he writes out a description of each scene, and gives one or two scenes for each possible outcome, to be done only after spectator voting and random factor like a tractor have decided the victor.

Major posts the scripts in the Super Secret Artists Forum, and artists claim scenes as their imagination and schedules allow. We have about a week to get art done; for me that means I need to have my linework done a few days in advance, to make sure someone can claim and color it.

So no, I don't have my own characters in Zoofights. I just draw someone else's ideas. But of course I do with it what makes sense in my own head.

Not Zoofights, but in the spirit

In case you couldn't tell, that's a gray fox with a laser shooter on its eye, and a giant red squirrel with a Les Paul shaped bazooka arm that shoots exploding acorns, with a tape deck in its chest playing Guns 'n' Roses' Appetite for Destruction.
